Once your order is handed over to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the package, including any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. All shipping-related concerns should be directed to the shipping provider using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
